  Terrible. I don't think I've ever written a review, but I was appalled at my experience this morning. When I ordered a "rio grande wrap" which is clearly on their menu I get a new girl who was incredibly rude.... Looks at me dumb founded and goes "whhhhhhaaaaaaaaat the hell is that?" And proceeded to criticize what was on the wrap that I was about to eat . The employees around her just stood and watched instead of stepping in to help her learn. She was unable to actually wrap the wrap and it fell apart. She should be fired not only for incompetence but the mere fact that she has zero personal skills and should not be working in customer service. I do not recommend anyone going to this brueggers, I love brueggers - just find a different location with different workers to go to.

  I see many negative reviews here, but I have not had a poor experience any time I have gone. On my last visit, I stopped in and ordered 36 bagels and a sandwich and they took care of me swiftly and with a smile.
  
  Bagels are 100x better than Dunkin.
