- 1 / 5By annemarie minkewhile i was standing in line ordering my pretzel one of the workers were sitting on the counter top on there phone while the shift leader who wasn't the friendly didn't say anything at all. they were all rude and the pretzels were hard as a rock ill never be back and ill make sure everyone knows ... will be posting pictures of her sitting on her phone soon. poor service and rude workers!!!May 17, 2017
