  Should be able to give less than 1 star. Horrible experience with very young under-trained staff. No management to speak of. I had food delivered and the delivery guy 'rounded' up my total to include a tip. When I asked about the total being different than what I was told on the phone he said he did that incase he wasn't given a tip. When I called Spinners back the person who claimed to be the manager (and sounded 15 years old) 'was like yeah I know he does that'. Awful. Never going back.

  It's okay in a pinch. The food is sometimes inconsistent especially the pizza which you can either be right out of the oven or you know was reheated several times and dried out. It's a pizza place where the pizza is in the kitchen not out on the front counter in full view which I don't care for. But, when the pizza is out of the oven, or at least not been sitting around too long, it's okay. The service is also spotty and mostly by undertrained high school kids. It's local, the food is okay, they have ample seating, and they always seem to be open. I could have gone two stars or four stars. I think if the food and service were more consistent, and they didn't hide their pizza in the kitchen, they'd warrant a better rating.
